Skewed

I was looking over my recent Photos of the Day when it suddenly became very obvious to me that all of my recent photos have the same angle in them as a very prominent element of their composition.
Weird.
I've barely been able to keep up with taking a photo a day, never mind actually posting them in anything close to a timely manner. And now all my photos lately have a strange resemblance to each other, despite their varying subject matter.
All my creative thought has been attached to knitting lately. I suppose it's just natural for me in the winter to focus on warm, wool, knitted things when it's too bloody cold to go outside and take pictures, and it's dark too early besides. But I'm far too stubborn to give up on my photo-a-day project until I've done it for at least 365 days.

I deem it wise that you make an appointment with the head doctor to see if your one hemisphere is offset to the other.
Let me know how that works out, okay?

I would look at something you've already written on a non-lined piece of paper. It probably has the same angle. Psychologically speaking, I'm sure that writing (or picture-taking) uphill is certainly more healthy than a downward angle.
There's plenty of text in the world and almost all of it is lined perfectly straight across. So, thanks for the angles, for giving me eyes something to do other than move left, right, left, right, back and forth. I'm not a Cylon!

Hey Mike, you're right about my handwriting. I just looked at a long to-do list I have here on unlined paper and all the writing slopes slightly upwards. That's because I'm such an optimist... riiiight.

To further undermine the idea that upward-sloping handwriting on unlined paper signifies an optimistic person, I will reveal that my writing does the same thing most of the time.
Also, I think that I have a similar issue with my imagery being skewed. I prefer it that way, in fact. Very few of my images are perfectly centered or aligned at 90-degree angles. I think you're forced to look at something that is skewed and really pay attention to it.
